So, here's what you'll need for this delightful project:🍧
- 2 rolls of 25 yd pink tulle
- 1 spool of 2.5 in burlap ribbon
- pipe cleaners
- Dollar Tree Splatter Screen
- Carrot Wreath Form (You can also use cardboard or foam core as well to make the cone)

I have trouble getting the pipe cleaner to go through the screen. Do you have a suggestion? 9:00

Use good pipe cleaners from Hobby Lobby. The ones in the single colored pack. They are better quality and are stiffer. Pliars are helpful too when you see the tip of the wire poking through grab it and pull with the pliars
