This is the first video of yours that ive completed. I think you explaine everything very well and have great variety. You have excellent form , and fantastic mind to muscle connection. My calisthenics journey starts with your videos. Thankyou.

Thank you! My body feels great. I’ve been wanting to work on sitting down and getting up from a Cossack squat and have been flailing around using my arms and not progressing. Thanks for the suggestion to sit on a block. Like duh why didn’t I think of that but I didn’t!

This is such a good warm up. I used it today on my coffee break to get loosened up (I have a desk job). I hope you upload more follow along routines like this. So good! Thank you!

so good to hear that!!!! I love mini stretch breaks throughout the day! I have a handstand warm-up routine that you'd probably like as well :)

Holy cow, my shoulder popped so loud on that second to last move 😳 Your workouts have been so good for my injured shoulder and already just in a few weeks gotten stronger! Thank you 😊

I've also got an injured shoulder. Could you please share which of Summer's workouts you followed to help with the shoulder? Thank you!
@thejc.designer25 күн бұрын
@ Honestly, after almost two years of following Summer, the two things that have helped me the most with my shoulder injury were her tips on getting mobility in your shoulders by just daily intentional movement for those joints, and secondly, overall strengthening the shoulders by actually working them TONS! Handstands, dips, pull-ups, push-ups…every day. I think I originally hurt it by having weak shoulders. So sad to say I don’t really have one video of hers to point you to, but I will say my favorites that I’ve used over and over for explanation and mobility are her videos titled: 12 Handstand STRENGTH Exercises - Beginner (shoulder mobility drills) kzbin.info/www/bejne/an2QpamtppyEhacsi=fP-XONcQt7M1sDWv How To Handstand | Beginner Follow Along Rountine. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYC8emWIot9mZ7ssi=fA8mgYXuUky_0FD_

Nice warm up, really got the hips mobile! Could you do a video just like this but a bit slower and explain exactly what your doing in each movement to follow along more easily?
@Summerfunfitness2 жыл бұрын
glad to hear that! Unfortunately, the instructional videos don't seem to reach that many people. You could try my backbend video or my middle split workout. Both of those will have greater instruction :)
