This video is introducing a new community that was open in December 2024 in Summerlin West. This gated community offers seven two-story and three single-story floorplans, with approximate living space ranging from 1,634 sqft to 3,063 sqft, three to five bedrooms and all with two-car garage. The two-story single family home introduced in this video has around 2,175 sqft of living space and can build three to four bedrooms.
