Did I miss you showing the kitchen pantry? Not a bad floorplan but the base price, lot premium, SIDS and LIDS is a killer, not to mention all the upgrades. The master bathroom definitely needs a soaking tub in ft of window and lose that bench. So this home is closer to the 2 million dollar price? Just can't figure out how a builder can charge four hundred fifty thousand just for a lot with a view of the strip?? Some people have a difficult time just buying a home for the lot premium price. Give it a year and it will be in the 600,000 price range. Home prices are starting to drop some and will stabilize soon. I'd hate to have a mortgage on this sucker....lol... oh I could live without the 9,000 add on bar....one thing in kitchen I noticed, the sink and stove need to switch places...stove would be closer to oven and sink would be facing great room....

I dont know why the base price for this home is over 1 mil while it is just a bit over 600k for other same size home in summerlin? And 300k to 450k for a strip view lot while other model in your other videos only costs 100k to 150k?

Starting price around $600K would not be for modern single storey in square footage, those would be for 2-3 storey and smaller lot size.
