I know this is an older video but the Chick Fil A training is almost entirely centered around making sure the customer knows that you are proud to be serving them and grateful that they chose your store. The company wants like a uniform experience at all of the locations (which is the reason behind the strict dress code hair/makeup wise and the uniform) and also the reason for the "my pleasure."
