Love the look❤ If your eyeshadow doesn't blend that good with the eyeshadow primer, you should try setting the primer with either a face powder or a skin tone powder and the eyeshadows will go on much smoother❤

I would recommend putting on a light nude eyeshadow right after the primer to make it less tacky so the eyeshadow will blend better.

Put a cream color or a color similar to your skintone all over your eye lid first so it's easier to blend everything on top of the primer. Btw you're so pretty and I love your personality ❤

eyeshadow is supposed to blend easier after primer....set your eyes with a skin toned color before applying other eyeshadows.
