Hi Summer, this is a beautiful video! I've been to Costa Rica twice, but I didn't know about this place, will definitely check out the next time I'm there ❤
@damonroberts73725 сағат бұрын
@28:42 - thanks for mentioning this in your video. At least a couple of the plants featured -- notably _Ardisia crenata_ and _Ardisia elliptica_ -- are emerging as serious environmental weeds outside of their native ranges in Hawaii, Florida and the wet tropics of Australia. Costa Rica's native flora is beautiful enough, and as a globally significant biodiversity hotspot it should be respected for the treasure it is. :)

@@leecasey8309 My gawd, can't imagine what you'd say if a woman was on the beach in a swimsuit. What do you expect, people to wear sweaters in 85 degree weather?
@leecasey83099 сағат бұрын
but you always wear the same crop top. for that matter why are wearing pants, shoes and socks if its 85’. i like your channel, id make same comment if u man honestly.

hmmm she pronounce bougainvillea wrongly ?
@summerrayneoakesКүн бұрын
How do you pronounce it in your country? In English we pronounce it as: boo-guan-vi-lee-uh
Named after this guy: www.dictionary.com/browse/bougainville "[ boo-gan-veel boo-guhn-vil ]"
@summerrayneoakes19 сағат бұрын
@@DianaBauhaus If it is Castillian Spanish, then folks would probably pronounce it with the double L's as a "Y" but in English/Fench, I think pronunciation keys are pronouncing it boo-guan-vi-lee-uh after the person's name "Louis Antoine de Bougainville." But Latin is outmoded, and I'm sure whatever way people pronounce it, folks will understand. :)
