Kathy, as usual, you've created some beautiful items. And I must agree with you, I love the way the red in the rub-ons looks on those brown bottles. Beautiful! (OMG, I can't believe you have one of those old-time washing machines on your porch. My grandmother used to wash clothes in one of those and also had an old wash pot which she boiled the white clothes in over an open flame. I know you and your younger subscribers are saying I must be an antique. I am old, to be 76 this June, but those were the days when life was simple. And at least I'm still kickin'.)

I could not believe my buddy and neighbor GAVE me that washing machine!! It was his mamas! And I actually cleaned it, cranked it up, and washed clothes in it! It was awesome and brought back memories of my granny- she kept her old one for years!

I think doing multiples of the same basic project is an excellent idea. I find that a second project usually goes a bit faster as I have figured out exactly what to do. This afternoon I turned a bunch of tiny chip baskets (like you'd use for mints and nuts at a shower) into dollhouse baby bassinets with some eyelet lace, fleece for a pillow and blanket, and a double layer of thicker fleece for a "mattress." By the time I finished the 4th one, I had it down to a science. As I began to tire, I switched over to making just mattresses to be ready for my next session. Tired and hot glue guns don't do well together for me!

Loved your projects. I noticed the little book, "Scuffy the Tug Boat" in your display. It brought back so many memories of me reading it to my son, who is now 37. Those little stories had lessons of life in them. Thanks for the memories!

I know! I found it in a vintage store, it had 15 cents on the cover, and that was when it was new! I paid around 5!!!

That’s awesome! I wish I was better with gardening and every summer I try, and never get much 🤷‍♀️I’m not sure why- I think I put it in a spot that’s too wet! The pool runoff goes to it and my washer!!!! The grass in that spot is GORGEOUS- but the plants aren’t! I usually back it up with a tomato basket and cage from the feed n seed, and I get my maters that way

It is so easy to accommodate craft stuff. A little bit here or there to use somewhere and before you know it you have a bin fill of odds and ends. But of course you can’t remember what you have. I did a bins cleaning this pass winter. I had 18 bins of just Christmas stuff. And then I had bins for fall and summer and fairy garden items. It felt endless but it sure felt good when ever I emptied a bin. I sent a lot to the thrift store. Thanks for all your inspiration.

Kathy you sure did a lot of work condensing everything down. I remember my mother using those old bleach bottles. You would bring them back to the store and get a dime. For the movies lol. Good memories. I am not sure I would put them near the pool. They turned out perfect. I love the key holders great idea. The baskets are cute and simple. OMG i would of left those pretty flower picture/placks w hooks alone...but u sure made them prettier🤍🌺🤍. Only thing different id do is put them tgthr side by side🌸. You can rub your transfer with the actual transfer stick without the plastic to get rid of the halo and/or rub the edges of the transfer with your finger tip 😊

Hi Kathy !!! Loved everyone of the crafts !! The bottles came out sooooo pretty !! Hope your shoulder is feeling better . I to went thru about 20 totes a few weeks ago to reorganize my basement and craft area . I was really sore for days thanks to my Osteoarthritis !!! I did mange to get rid of 7 totes and the rest went to our storage unit:) I told my husband he had to go through his golf and bowling stuff now that I downsized my crafts lol !!!! Wish we had a pool or a hot tub :( water therapy helps me a lot !!! Have a great weekend :)
