Love your tribute to your sister! I lost mine almost 9 years ago so I know how you're feeling. I do have a question about the inlay. Do you have any trouble with a second use after laying it into a top coat? I've always used my with a chalk based paint because I heard you may get only one use if the paint has a built in top coat.

Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever used a top coat!! I e always used paint, and I don’t like how sometimes it’ll wrinkle the area it lays on I. Paint- I think the top coat is an easier application- but, GOOD question! On my next video, I will do a project just to see - that way my viewers will know and be ware if they can only get one use of it!!

I loved all of your projects but the picture in honor of your sister was so very special. I lost my mom a few weeks ago so my heart is still very heavy and seeing that photo that you did as a tribute to your sister was beautiful. Thank you for the tour of your craft area and stash! I cleaned my garage yesterday (ALL day) and I failed to mention that I have 19 of the big totes ($70 totes) FULL of crap! ..my craft room and porch is piled, I had to stick them there temporarily until we get the garage sheet rocked this weekend- but…I went from 19, to 3..so that’s amazing

Love all of these I always go for shabby chic. I do a lot of clay work myself and I find putting the clay and the mould in the freezer for a bit helps them come out perfect every time and they don't take long to thaw out. I used to really struggle with intricate designs but not anymore. Lovely tribute to your sister xx

You have the old washing machine on the porch! I helped Mom wash many a time on ours. It now sits on the back porch of my nephew's home. When they have several people coming over they will put ice in it and use it like a cooler!! Works great for that!

Ok I don’t feel so bad now. My husband is constantly complaining that I have way too much “stash”. I do, I agree. One room is full and another. In my defense I paint and restore furniture as well so I have a lot of furniture along with my craft stash. It’s a lot and very overwhelming. I did show him it’s not just me. We crafters have our wheels turning always and think we can flip any ol junk 😂😂. We’re always saying to people don’t throw anything out until I look thru it first 😊

I love everything, but the last one I think is my favorite. I even liked the picture in the first one that you got rid of (it looked Victorian chic). I also take those little bird houses. Thank you for the idea of putting a bird on top. I have been trying to find like a 1.5-2” bird and when I find them you usually have to buy several and it ends up costing more than I want to pay so that idea will help.❤

Kathy I buy those big learning cards for kids at DT and put those around the inside of the frame and it keeps the paint off the glass you don't have to tape it. I love both of your pictures. That bronze color is beautiful. But the bird house is also adorable.. I have to admit I have way too much overflow in my craft room. It is so overwhelming.

I can never pic a favorite with your projects but I have a thing for birdhouses.
