Thank you for your input. I change pronouns or expressions to sing from a place that feels genuine to me. In the same way, if I sang a love song that said « girl, i love you », I’d replace it with « boy, I love you » I understand it’s not everybody’s taste, it’s just what comes from a genuine place to me as a singer and not from stupidity or irreverence to the original lyrics. 🤍

Wow. Honestly this is such an amazing cover. Usually when I see a Lana cover I get worried it's going to be botched but you really turned this into your own song pouring your heart and soul into it.
