8:50 my old package box on Kbay used to do this too; I think it has to do with the heat. If the metal is expanded too much during the day, it’s impossible but if you wait until the sun goes down/poor cool water over it it’ll open! The salt and sun ruin everything 😭

Hey, Ali!! So, the Midwich Cuckoos...it's very familiar to me. I haven't read it yet, but the plot is the same as the movie called The Village of the Damned. I love it!! It's an old film, but I prefer the remake with Christopher Reeves. Even if you didn't like the book, go watch that movie...you're gonna love it!! The men don't have a big part at all...it's all about the children.

Even if it's not an obvious five stars, at least it did evoke strong emotions, so that is good. Also, the crusts of the Pop-Tarts are the worst part

Gløgg is also a Norwegian thing! ☺️ we have Glühwein in Germany, I think both drinks are kind of the same. But I’m not completely sure - I don’t drink it hahaha

That book became a John Carpenter movie in the 90s (kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZojdlIpvncaDqtE&ab_channel=williamsaurin). Lol. My favorite by John Wyndham is Day of the Triffids, really creepy. I think that introduction is shit, John Wyndham did it on purpose to criticize humans.
