Thanks a lot dude. Btw changing the axis of the whole train to the middle when aligning it to the path can make the wheels fixed to the track a little bit more.

Hey Matt, thanks for for great tutorial. I got a question regarding enable axis. So when I enable axis, the object still moves with my drag. So seems like I'm still moving the object rather than its axis. Any idea why this happens?

My pistons rotate in the opposite direction to my wheels, how do I fix this?
@philosophyfrog26534 жыл бұрын
Never mind I figured it out. If anyone else runs into the same problem it was because of the pivot point on the pistons. Move it to align with the hinges before applying the target tag.

Hi, I have a problem with the emitter. The display shows that it is stuck to the train, however, the particles still emit from its very original position the beginning of the timeline. What do I do?

Your videos are nice and I've learned a lot from you, but I have some constructive feedback also. You use a lot unnecessary expressions such as “What we’re going to want to do” "what you want to be doing" and you say these A LOT in your videos. These expressions are completely unnecessary, time consuming and distracting to the listener. My suggestion is instead of saying “What we’re going to want to do is click this button” just say "click this button". Its much more pleasant and straightforward and much more effective for the listener. I may sound like I'm nit picking, but when a viewer is listening to an hour long video and hears “What we’re going to want to do” 30 times, it does get super annoying. Just get to the point. :)
