*THEORY--THEORY:* Darius was the driver of this Banshee Charles competed with, which himself admitted during the interrogation. Darius reveals that he cannot speak due to the "Puppet Masters" orders to slice his vocal Chords whilst his family was help captive and hostage. At the start of the race, Darius is seen in the Banshee talking to Hutch. Hutch walks up to Charles and says that it's the Man on the phone which i assume most likely correctly, the Puppet Master. There's a possibility that the voice speaking to Hutch was on the phone which is a high possibility because Randy, Hutch and Charles saw and heard the Puppet Masters voice on the phone being played. However, this possibility doesn't change my theory. Near to the end of the race, Charles and Darius was head to head and Darius starts yelling due to the hype of battle, then Charles begins to do the same. Which brings me to the conclusion of my theory. Did Darius lie about the scars on his neck and his disability to speak? Did he actually get his throat slice and the Puppet master was on the phone watching? We will only find out. That's for Charles to find the answers.

Can someone give me the rundown on this mod? Is it a pay for what you get deal where I gotta spend a ton for cop cars? Are there actual servers I can get in or are they few and far between? How easy is this to download and jump into??

The client is free. It’s called FiveM. There are numerous servers, RP based ones like this, racing ones, etc. This server, NoPixel, is white listed so you have to apply and get approved to play but many are not and completely free to join, learn, and play. You don’t have to spend any IRL money on this at all other than own the game. As a cop in servers you are generally either give a cop car or you have access to “spawn” one in at designated locations.
