If you're new to it be careful going there as a pmc. It is really hard to extract from because it's not like the other maps where you can just walk up and leave. Every pmc extract has something else you have to do. Like setting off a giant alarm, waiting for the train that everyone knows is there or dropping your backpack. But it's fantastic loot and a lot of fun as a scav.
