hey do you know how fix this i have the Japanese version of date of life and i have a lot of blue gem crystal's and i tryed to buy something but it said that i have 0 then if brings me to buy more crystal's but i have enough to buy something is this a permanent glitch or can this be fixed?

There are two different types of crystals: "free" and "paid." The paid diamonds have to be bought in the diamond shop, so if you're free-to-play you won't have any. Some of the in game purchases, especially the event shops (discounted summon badges, costumes, astral dresses, etc) are only available with paid diamonds.
