i mean if the banner is one with jiren AND gotenks is a must summon, but as it seems is very hard to say, gotenks has much more usage, so, it's a gotenks W and jiren is a skip

I get that anniversary is important because generally the anniversary characters are top 10 at least and the side units are also some of the good ones, but I'm a character > meta type of person and it's very unlikely that 10th anniversary will have someone I would like to get which is why I'll summon on Gotenks (though just a few multis, not too much, I'm not that stupid).

Came back to Dokkan after taking a break since 5th or 6th anniversary, in about two weeks I went from 10 stones to almost 4K 😂 my old box was NOT ready for the new events 💀

If anyone summons for Jiren I’d be blown away. There’s a 0% chance the Gotenks summons + Jiren summons would total more than if they were on the same banner. Clearly a cash grab solely designed for those who have to get/rainbow every character that comes out
