Someone on gamefaqs said someone was hacking masteries. I added him and spectated his game and this is what he was doing. Sorry for the bad quality.
At about 1:55 he gets baron instantly

ignite is a DoT that probably doesn't stack with itself because of game mechanics (cause normally it's impossible to have two ignites from the same player on at the same time). Same probably goes for Surge, ghost, exhaust.

Smite works with spell vamp. Spell vamp works with all damage as long as its classed as a spell (rule of thumb, something that doesnt apply on hit effects like parlay/ezreals Q) For example, Pantheons spears work with spellvamp, not lifesteal. His autos work with lifesteal though, obviously.

It was kinda mastery bug, where you could put 7 points on the last thing on knowledge (or whatever its called). but its not possible anymore.

this was bug on one of the clients at the time of some mastery issue. its obviously fixed now

No it doesn't but it refreshes, meaning that the first damage, which is instant, applies on each ignite.

Yeah you can, there's an interface for turning all chat on but the deal is you can't see ally chat.

i just learned ignite doesn't stack at all but igniting a champ who was already ignited by your ally just refreshes its duration.

It would be faster to just normal attack tbh. Notice how baron doesn't instantly die. So I don't think it literally casts as fast as you can hit the button. but using ignite while normal attacking would increase your rate of kill. though you wouldn't need it after being so fed and able to flash as much as you want.

after getting healed, u get a debuff, making u immune to heal for a set amount of time. but with smite and flash, he can kill all creeps and use the gold to buy items, which results in beeing fed as hell.

Flash and Teleport are the only summoner spells that cannot be used while silenced or stunned. So heal would keep you alive throu cc i think

Junglers should hit lvl 6 around 8-9 minutes. Baron spawns at 15 minutes. If you are usually lvl 6 at 15 minutes, then something is terribly wrong.

So, for example your heal heals you 500 health (example). The first heal will heal you 500 health next one 250 and next one 125 and next one 62.5 and so on.. So you see, it will be pretty uneffective fast.

What do you mean? The effect doesn't stack, you could spam heals fast enough to get to full hp before the tower kills you.

Actually, it only makes it so it healing abilities only heal by 50%.

It is not a hack. It is only a bug/glitch that summoner can put 8 points on his mastermind(15% Summoner Spell CDR)(top of Utility tree), which makes it become 100% CDR for all summoner spells.
