I think if he ever got buffed he should get basekit elbris effect that can’t stack with the artifact. He’s actually still pretty good but loses out on a lot of powercreep artifacts because he’s forced to use elbris. He’d be insane on spear of new dawn or mature glasses if he could counter consistently with those.

If there's no"Dmg proportional to the caster's-" then it will automatically go to attack

Charles DMG scaling is REALLY high so he doesn't need too much attack(otherwise he'll be SQUISHY),and he has attack buff too

Hes stats hungry, u need all stats exclude spd, and with those stats theres more heroes do better than him, his atk is low and his skills not have a scale-type dmg Btw in this meta, hwa is everywhere, and more and more heroes can 1 tap him nowaday

Carrot, when she was buffed Charles was not that much of a threat anymore.. and then Hwayoung came and Charles was never seen again in pvp (until recently)
