I didn't say that I wouldn't update my mod at all, I said that I would just take a break for a while. Tho updates will still be smaller and less frequent than before because I don't feel like I owe anyone anything anymore, but I wouldn't be in a hurry to say that this is the end of extatonion

Oh awesome! Apologies, I was just repeating what a couple commenters told me you said in a discord somewhere! I agree with you, nothing is owed, nothing _was_ owed, but I understand feeling that way. For what it is worth, I think it would be completely understandable to call extatonion complete as is.

Even the surgeries that are done on both eyes usually only do one eye at a time - gives time to recover, reduces complications, and doesnt leave you completely blind while recovering. Source: worked as a technician in an eye clinic.

Have you considered doing a new save and unlocking everyone / D5ing everyone as sort of a tutorial on some ideas / best practices for D5ing different potatos in the current 1.0 meta? A lot of the ones you've run without mods were a lot of patches ago so I think itd be interesting to see / get takes on what good ideas are for each potato.
