I don’t think he really knows what Bloody Mary is really about. You have to be stating in front of a mirror for this enchantment to work, and that’s still a BIG if. It’s going to attach itself to the strongest minded person in the group and however that person is, good or evil, is how Mary will respond. She’s not a demon as Moe likes to say, and she is also incapable of being at all these places at the same time. Spirits are not necessarily immortal either. The odds of him ever summoning anything are very very slim.
