Once again, another nail-biting duel! Ever since the Duelist Kingdom finale, my favorite boss monster has been the Magician of Black Chaos. A duel between Gia the Dragon Champion and Thousand Dragon could be a pleasant trip down memory lane.

In terms of *Boss monsters* _(traditional bosses)_ I've always had a soft spot for *Vennominaga* and *Rainbow Dragon,* since my friend was WAY luckier in pulls than I was, we spent hours & hours trying to get a situation to summon them, (even using proxies for Rainbow D.). But my favourite *Boss monsters* were the ones I could summon, *Barrel Dragon* (super rare), *Seiyaryu* (promo card), and *Soul of Purity and Light*

For spicy tech, you can make an attack lock using Defense Perimeter. Any level 7+ Machina with a Machina Sniper. Sniper tries to make itself the one to hit, while Defense Perimeter prevents hitting the Sniper because you have the level 7+ Machina.

Jen could have tried to burn Susu out by just summoning as many monsters in defense as possible. Most of his monsters couldn’t get over 1700 defense, so he would have to keep attacking with his boss at 1000 LP a pop.

The rules they set forth require them to reduce their opponent’s life points to Zero “With their boss monster.” But any other means, the other may lose automatically or it would result in a draw.

If she reduced Suzu Life points to below two thousand he wouldn't have been able to attack with his boss monster if she put a monster with strong defense that could only be destroyed by his boss monster. This would have given Jen more time to summon her boss. And if she was lucky and stalled along enough, she could have drew the card that allowed her to steal attack points.

You guys should try and do a more modern version of DM and GX archetype and do a vs battle between the archetypes, like keep some more modern support for the decks so they are better but still are overall around the same level so you can exclude certain cards from the archetypes if they would just make it too one sided
