A year late, but to answer the 'who did the vocals' question, it was supposedly Tsunku himself - just a short while before his vocal chords were removed. This performance was likely one of his last, unfortunately. Hope this helps, to anyone being late like myself!

Sad Fact: Tsunku (The voice actor for the song) Got Laryngeal cancer and Before he Removed its Vocal cords He Was the Vocals For Sumo brothers This was One of Tsunku's Lasts songs, He survived the Disease But cannot Speak or Sing with his Vocal cords Removed
