Mai aap ke video mai accidentally aa gaya. Mai sumproduct formula ke liye video search kar raha tha mujhe kuch confusion tha regarding (-- )or ( * ) in dono mai se kiska use kab or kyu karte hai. Aab sayad iska answer mil gaya hai mai aab practice kar ke dekhun ga. Aap agar in dono par (--) or (*) details se video banaye ge to mere jaise bahut se student ka doubt clear hoga . Mere jaise bahut se student hai jinhe ( --) or (* ) is me confusion rehta hai.

The wildcards (*) can't be used in SUMPRODUCT formula. So, the above problem can be solved only by Sumifs formula.

Sir, this is nice example & i appreciate your effort here. but i have that contains upto 9 month data for different product (i.e inbound: case receiving, Outbound : case receivingetc... ) & i need to extract the qty & amount for certain product for certain month. I tried with sumproduct but didn't get the out put. I got the total of qty for january, but now i need to break it down in product. how can i do it? Because the data has inbound, outbound & sub category will be case receiving, inbound bar coding, pallet receiving like that. I appreciate your answer if you can solve my query

Humne double negative use karne ki jarurate nahi padi because we are multiple both ranges like this (A6:A25=I7)*(B6:B25=I8). Jab bhi hum range ko multiply karte hai then double negative ki jarurate nahi padti kyuki agar app FALSE * FALSE karoge to you will get 0 and TRUE * TRUE kagoge to 1 milega. Double negatives ko tabhi use karna hai jab ya to ek range ho ya fir dono range me comma ho like this (A6:A25=I7),(B6:B25=I8) I hope, we answered your question.

Lekin jese hii apne tiisra solution kara usme apne double negetive use nahii kara jesa kii apne bataya hai k text ko Multyply nahii kar sakte value ko..
