It's kinda obvious that bonbon was it because when Freddy pointed out that he spelled ransom wrong bon bon wasn't with himcand Freddy never removes bonbon so bonbon must have lifted himself off of his arm while freddy was sleeping and got someone to help or something because where is hand unit?
