20:16 - in Crowley’s system, the Queen of Disks corresponds with the sign of Capricorn in astrology. I can only guess that this artist also used that symbolism, with the goat. Thank you.

Thanks. The compact version with black borders (and the text set in a different font) feels like the one for me: I won’t strain my eyes over images that aren’t detail-intensive

@@nadia_margaret_3458 I think the blank faces are great too, because it allows the reader or querent to imagine the expression according to their own interpretation or situation. You can kind of project or superimpose what the faces might express and that'll be an added aspect to pathworking with this deck, too.

Can anyone give me their thoughts on how well these cards read? What's the deck's personality for you? Does it do well in all kinds of readings? I like the imagery but I'm a bit on the fence..

I bought this deck intuitively. Something has hit in when I saw The Fool. At home when I started to shuffle, the card that had a meaning just popped out. The message wad very straightforward. It is a minimalistic deck and this is why it works very well in my opinion. The guidebook is also straight to the point.

An important difference is the Hermit card which features an hourglass instead of the usual lantern. This harkens back to the Visconti-Sforza era. I agree, the image of the hermit should dominate the card with the Sanskrit prayer in the background with much smaller calligraphy.
