@@ewetoob137 I haven't seen any of these with desert landscaping. I'm seeing some condo communities change though. The cost of water is a concern and that's why some of the communities are changing to desert landscaping. Thanks Ewe Toob!

Thanks for the overview. Here in the Midwest, these are called duplexes. I like the grassy yards. Does the HOA decide if roofs need to be replaced?

Hi Laura!! Some HOAs will cover roof repair... with others the owner much repair or replace the roof. Hope that answers your question, Laura :)
