Just buy the house and stop complain about the price. At Richmond they use to say it was expensive in 2015 I went in in 4 yrs the price doubled now it's even more than double..had I sit out I couldn't afford it now . Real estate is not decreasing anytime soon

You’re right that they are but then again these houses seem to be meant to be vacation homes for people with multiple homes. There is no way any these houses can be very cheap with all the amenities that they offer and the views.

Developer normally sell finish and developing units at discounted price st Thomas is not ochi land price it's expensive

I didn't see any infrastructure going in at all. The land should be properly prepared before any showing. I am not impressed at all

They are showing the land layout to give the public an opportunity to know about it. Most of those houses are sold out even before construction is complete. I went there and all of phase 1 is sold out and only one construction is complete which is a model unit. So I guess this is for people with vision who can see the potential before completion … anyway it’s too expensive for me but would be a great investment

I understand your point of view , however , what they do it show potential buyers the plan / vision for the property . I may be wrong , but in doing so, buyers can also have a say as to how they would potentially want inside their unit to look .

No such thing as private beach. Anyone can use the beach, they just cannot use the property to access the beach if they don't live their. .people can use different property to access the beach
