What is the idea behind 1:33 Urshifu? Why not go 252 attack with sash?

I'm going off their OTS which was Splash Plate. You could possibly sacrifice Attack or Speed for more bulks, I like hitting max speed to outspeed Calyrex Shadow after an Icy Wind but you could go slower and just Thunder Wave them instead.

Kyurem in t32 is wild for sure but I can't yammer on too much longer than I already do and cover all t16, let alone t32 from both tours even if it's just highlights
