same! sign is important here. Sun and Rahu together in 3rd house shows fake boasting and pride and rise in ego if placed in bad signs. If placed in good sign, it gives lot of fame and authority. Its very good if placed in signs of mercury specially. Its important to know where the dispositor is placed as well. If well placed this conjuction is great for rise in media and online platforms as well
