Very true!! My sun is in 5th house but my Saturn as well! So I was not confident, very shy etc but since I am 40 I started to work on myself and now I’m thriving in my career and in my social life… Saturn is not there to punish us but rather to show us what we should work on. i have this with mars and mercury also in 5th house! however, the expression of this is inibited/thwarted. Because, I have Moon, Saturn and Neptune also in conjunction in the 8th house. THey are 2 different experiences!! But, from what I've learnt from fulfilling my Sun, Mars and Mercury 5th house for 3 years in my 20's (I listed to a lot of party, upbeat music..and flirted quite a bit), is that I DON'T feel emotionally fulfilled or even emotionally stable at all when my life revolves around doing that stuff, which at the moment is very enjoyable and all-consuming/fun! I tend to feel empty afterwards, and a heavy depression seeps in, making it difficult to wake up the next morning. I struggle with appetite,, and i feel very heavy. Honestly, if i learnt anything is that the MOON has to be fulfilled FIRST and foremost. for me. In the last 2 years, I concentrated on yoga, meditation, walking, reading and reading spiritual books and learning psychology, volunteering, and committing myself to good causes. I feel better about myself. Moon conjunction saturn, neptune in 8th house needs discipline, focus, meaningful causes, humanitarian outlook and SPIRITUALITY, which is so far from all my planets in the 5th house. I try to fulfill my 5th house needs by wearing a fashionable style. And, i'm going to learn hair,n makeup and dance (to develop my aesthetic, but, I don't want to attention-seek like my early 20's, because that makes me so empty) . oooh, i also want to be a teacher (creative lesson-planning). Sometimes, i think I abused my 5th house planets in my last life, with too much enjoyment and fun, and neglected my responsibilities. And, now I have moon, saturn and neptune all in conjunction in the 8th house, so that, if i neglect my responsibilities and committments in this life, i feel like Shit!! Sorry for the comment, but I just wanted to share my experiences. Who knows maybe--a person with similar aspects to me is reading this, and trying to figure out why they don't feel as good even with 5th house planets..This is my experience. For character analysis use only western astrology like I show you in my video how to do: but your Sun can be in the 4th sign together with the 5th house cusp or in the 5th sign with the 4th house cusp, so then it will have both influences of the 5th and 4th

yes there are about 20 different house systems, I use space based house system, while most other astrologers use time based house systems which break down in the far northern regions because sometimes the day there is 6 months and the night 6 month. I prefer camanus house system which works in all regions. Also I believe that when a planet is the same sign as a house cusps, even if it is before the house cusps it affects it-old time astrologers regarded everything in the same sign as conjunct

So you have your Sun in the 5th sign from Ascendant but with the 6th house cusp, so your Sun will have the effects of being both in the 5th and in the 6th houses--watch both! :)

yes very correct, the Sun being in the 5th helps with your Rahu in Leo! But also your Rahu is in th 6th house, so you need to deep dive into sorting out material duties and work

Hi Lada! Thank you for this video! So, I have the Sun, Mercury, and Venus in the 4th Square w/ the V roman numeral. I would have to say, you are right! I'm a singer, and I love to perform. It's where I really shine! My self-esteem was lower when I was younger, but now at 33, I have gotten way more comfortable in my own skin. Saturn is in my 3rd square with a IV roman numeral. I had a profound insight into the interplay between my 5th house Sun and 3rd house Saturn a few weeks ago. Creativity, fun, and a childlike nature are intrinsic to my well-being and sense of wholeness but have dealt with a lifelong experience of block and limitation by the extended family and the father figure. SATURN is in my 3rd house LEO and with the Sun being its ruler, it's fullest expression in the 5th has been blocked (manifesting as low confidence and self-doubt.... It's a bit better now than in my teens and 20s). Saturn in 3rd has literally dimmed my Light, and I'm literally at the point in my life where I am removing myself both physically and psychologically from my family in order to truly BE who I am meant to be and create in this world. I just hope that this block doesn't follow me around, because if I could divorce myself from my family in order to be me, I would. How does one resolve or heal from this challenging configuration? IndigoVanguard I hope you get this message since I am responding three years later lol. I have that same dynamic between my 3rd and 5th house and I am estranged from my entire family, the reason I separated was because I realized in my early 30s that if I didn’t I would never be able to do what I am meant to do in this life with work and creative expression. At the time I made this choice I didn’t know it was in my chart. What I am learning now is that the experiences that have manifested due to the darker energies in 3rd house have taught me powerful lessons about the depth of the human psyche, Individuation and freedom. The parts of myself that were always ‘silent’ before are now beginning to speak and be empowered by the 5th house energy. I checked my birth chart recently on you website and I have sun in the 11th, but there are 4 other charts, and in one I have sun in my 5th house.
