hi KRS, wanted to point out something, sun is the natural karaka for soul, i have this placement, and its not atmakaraka, but am able to relate to everything you said. So it works even if its not atmakaraka. What do you think?

Sun is Atmakaraka in my 6th house conjunct with regrograde Mercury and opposing Mars. I only enjoy foreign travel and volunteering in ashrams (Sun rules my 9th & Jupiter is in 10th). I've never had a desire to work or have a career in conventional society, so have lived in poverty my entire life.

So accurate!... My soon to be ex-husband has exalted sun in 6th house and sun is his atmakaraka. He asks for challenge and is extremely competitive, even with himself. Every challenge is a project to him, his father was in army and was brutally hard on him till our marriage. He loves to be in service and solve the problems, even harsh ones for every person he encounters. He is some kind of superman. Also, his mom is in herbal medicines. I have my Sun as Atmakarka in the 6th from my Moon, Sun debilitated in Libra with Jupiter and Mercury. I am blamed for things I didn't even commit and of course punished for it, too. Or I find myself in situations where my bosses met me first to inform us about our wrongdoings and later they communicate the same in a more softer manner with the others. I am the first who takes a bigger and bitter part from the whole situation, even if I did everything right before. It's like a bad karma. I am on the looser side every time, no matter how correct or moral I am. Like nobody sees me, they just punish me, because I am there in that moment or timeperiod. I came last, I have to go first, so I lost a few jobs, without having the chance to defend myself.
