true that it's difficult but it's not true that this placement makes us nothing without others, we are already who we are since the day we exist, just we need to work a little harder than the rest to uncover it, or on the courage and clarity to uncover it so to say, and yes we might need a little assistance from others along the way, yet what we need and what they give ultimately, is love, we need love not only as a sun in the 7th house person but also as a human being. and the knowledge of knowing how to love ourselves better by surrounding ourselves with the right people is also a part of who we are :)

I have been with the same woman, and married since I was 19-I’m now 34-years-old-but I really never looked to get married, and marriage isn’t important to me. We have the same placement, but I use sidereal/Vedic astrology which makes me a Cancer Sun/Mercury. I never behaved like a Leo. Sorry. My extra nature is purely emotional rather than dramatic. Things actually hurt my feelings and retreat in order to heal. I have nurtured many people who have later gone on to have good careers and other positive life outcomes while I've been left drained. But like a crab whose claws get clipped off we grow another pair. As I get older I have become more selective about my nurturing instincts. The 7th house is more complicated than just others, but I believe that's a journey for each one to discover.

People usually mirror me in relationships and friendships but I do feel an innate need to make people like me almost like putting on an act but cross me and I’m quick to cut people off. You have other placements as well that u can look at. But it is just emotional work and self work. Doesn't sound like u are being truthful and real or connected. Which means you are not connected with *yourself, cause everything comes from the internal first and it is projected outwards. Maybe it is some self preservation defence or just walls you have up to keep people away and emotionally connect and be guarded, not volunrable and open up. I don't know, but u should start with being real and authentic with yourself and be aligned with You and figure who you are, then you will be like that with others. I came here again, because I was analysing my chart again. Your analysis of the 7th house is most accurate to me, but the thing that makes me troubled is that I found out that I don't have any planets in the first house. The only thing that I have is Libra in the first house. This makes me wonder, how can I find who I am when the only thing I have is the Libra ascendant? The qualities of Libra are similar to the seventh house. Always about relationships.. It doesn't make it better, my Mercury is conjunct with the sun.. It makes me wonder if my sun in the 7th house is what I am, and that there is nothing else for me to grasp. Like I cannot have any ego. My sun is in Taurus.

And couldn't part of this explanation be because you have a Pisces Ascendant? I have a friend who is a Pisces Ascendant and mirrors people and says he sometimes doesn't know who he really is, as if he were a bit of everybody. I have Pisces friends (Sun or Moon) and they all mirror people and adapt to them and have a very confused sense of self. I say this because I'm also a Leo in the Seventh House (with Ascendant in Aquarius and Moon in Sagittarius) and I'm a loner (maybe the Aquarius/Sagittarius need for independence took over?). I even get annoyed by all the people who try to socialize with me (I'm like a people's magnet and it can be really annoying when you just want to be left with your thoughts).
