When it comes to Sun Lutang Baguazhang, there's nothing else could be more standard and authorized than this. Thanks for sharing this priceless treasure.

Actually, Sun Jian Yun's top disciple is still alive in Baoding and teaching. His name is Jiao Guan Jun.

Just to make things clear, Sun Shurong is the granddaughter of Sun Lutang not niece; while Sun Jian Yun is Lutang's daughter. Perhaps title refers to the relationship of Jian Yun to Shurong as Jian Yun is actually Shurong's aunt.

Correct. Also, Master Jiao confirmed that SSR learned most of what she knew from her aunt.

Claudia Adams 2:50 is Kan Gua, the Water Phase/Snake Shape. 4:10 is Qian Gua, the Heaven Phase/Lion Shape. 5:10 is indeed Kun Gua. If you're interested in Sun Lutang's Wushu, I suggest you purchase one of his books (Bagua/Taiji/Xingyiquan Xue) as there are literally zero KZbin videos that actually explain the form, and the only commercial DVD's I know for Sun Lutang's Bagua are: 1). Deng Fuming's "Sun Lutang Wushu Actual Combat Series", which includes Baguazhang and Baguajian; 2). Kwok Wing Lam's Bagua series; 3). Yang Jwing Ming's Baguazhang purports to be of Sun lineage and, while the First Palm Change and many of the forms are similar to Sun style, a lot of it seems closer to Cheng. 4). Joanna Zorya's Bagua DVD, which I cannot vouch for as I did not get to watch it. She received praise as a teacher when she was alive, and it's a pity she's not still here or I would have sought instruction from her as her courses were near to me. May she rest in peace.

@@rufumoparum8604 And Jerry's forms are all pretty good, plus he knows many of their applications. I met Jerry back in 1982-1983 in a little town off the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. Thanks for sharing. Laoshr #60 CYKFA

Fabulous. This makes understanding his book on Pa Kua a little easier. On the best of days Pa Kua is difficult. Thank you for sharing that with us. We can use all the help we can get. Peace. Laoshr # 60 Ching Yi Kung Fu Association

This is First Change Palm Second Change Palm (at ~1:47) Somewhere around 2:50 they start with Qian Gua (Lion) I think. At 4:10 it looks like they go back to Single Change Palm Then around 5:10 I think they start looking at Kun Gua (Unicorn)
