Going through Sun dasha now. My Sun is in 10H Leo joined Venus and its 6H from Moon. Changes in career and finding direction. But also fighting in court against ex husband (6H from moon...?). Moon is in 8H from Sun...I hope this Dasha supports me and protects me. Thank you Komilla.

My sun dasha ended yesterday 03 august 2020. Oof what a ride along with sade sati. I felt like i am in prison, my life got wasted unable to do anything. My freewill during that time is 0. wishing for moon dasha to take off asap

My sun dasha has been going on since Jan 2016. It has been awefully bad. I have been feeling frustrated, ,restricted, powerless. Undermined by people in power, helpless. Just waiting for it to get over asap. My sun is in 7th house 0 degrees, so you can imagine how bad it must be going on.

None of the antardashas were peacefull for me. I just want sun vimshotri to get over for me. I went to abroad in my rahu antardasha...but it wasnt that great a time.

Nikita Gaur iam in US right now. Unemployment from dec 2016. I got a few good jobs, but lost in 2 months most. Moon started , waiting for it to give job. I can see small changes like change of location, which iam trying for last 8 months, reduction in room rent, friend who promises, but never helps helped me to move, went to road trip and etc. me and my family lost approx 1.2 crore rupees, no peace of mind, been 5 yrs i visited home, no friends even to talk, forget about releationships, never been in one and what not. Like being in open air prison

You cannot just say Sun is bad in 12th house or 6th and 8th without looking at its overall strength. It also matters which sign it is placed in and which degree, the avasthas also have to be examined as well as the vargas. Aspects to the sun etc. For example, if you have sun in aries or leo in the 6th house it could be very good for health as the sun already indicates vitality and health and the 6th house is the house of health.

Namaste In Surya Upanishad, the mantra of Surya is given as Om Ghrini Surya Aditya. This mantra has 8 syllables (OM - 1, Ghrini - 2, Surya - 2, Aditya -3) We can chant it 108 times every day or atleast on Sundays. Thanks.

Thank you so much for this! I'll be entering Sun Dasha later this year and so much of what you said rang true for me. My sun is debilited in 12th Libra but my Saturn is relatively well placed in the 11th house Virgo. Can you please link the mantra remedy you mentioned? Ironically for me best periods of Sun Mahadasha came under the Antardasha of Rahu, Saturn (Also running sade sati), Ketu nd Venus. Not to say that antardasha of other planets were bad, they were also quite good, but these 4 planets antardashas really stand out from the rest of the antardashas. Even in Moon Mahadasha pattern was quite similar BTW for me Mercury is always the worst Antardasha....irrespective of whatever planet's Mahadasha I'm going through, Mercury always gives me the Bad to extremely bad results. I'm Aries Ascendant.

Komilla ji very educative as always..My sun tho in Bhagya sthhana with 9th aspect of Jupiter from Lagna and 4th aspect of Mars..it is also the 2nd Lord sitting 8th from its lordship I have found Sun bhuktis to be particularly painful and loss giving..Pt Sanjay Rath opines that Sun as 2nd Lord for Cancer Lagna is particularly harmful

I am a cancer lagna with sun in 7th house at 0 degrees. My sun dasha started in Jan 2016. It has awefully painful and frustrating. You get a feeling that you are imprisoned and cannot do anything about it because the situations are such. Hoping for it to over soon.

Thank you so much for making this video! The sun dasha will begin for me soon.My sun is exalted, vargottama, lord of the 10th house (scorpio ascendant) and is quite strong in my birth chart overall. However, it is placed in the sixth house along with the moon and Saturn ( sun lowest degree Saturn highest in the conjunction)with Saturn being debilitated. Should I be worried about the upcoming dasha?

Find your ascendant and determine which house lord is sun. Sun will be unhappy in Saturn house as they are enemies.

Sun is 6th lord in 12th with Saturn's 3rd aspect. Only 1 month to go to enter Moon dasha. I had extremely turbulent time in last 6yrs. Saturn and Ketu Antardasha were unforgettable, worst periods where I suffered really bad.
