thank you! this video is easy to follow when learning the movements. so glad it is mirror of the movements. will encourage veterans to use this and the warm up videos for their practice sessions.

This video shows you the six basic Sun Style Tai Chi exercises. The movements are shown in the standing and seated positions. The seated position is used to help those who are disabled or have health issues, which should not hinder someone from learning this art form of moving meditation. The instructors perform the movements (forms) more than once, which allows us you to practice, understand and learn how to do them. I love the way the movements are being shown, as if you are looking into a mirror. It holds down the confusion for those of us who have problems knowing the right from the left.

@@beardedottaichi : The video above was produced at Ft Roots VA medical facility, N. Little Rock, AR. I am not a certified Tai Chi instructor. I started attending the Ft Roots Tai Chi classes a couple of years ago, but Covid-19 has relegated us to video teleconferencing during the past 10 months. Much of this particular program, Tai Chi for Arthritis is handled through VA physical therapy. There are other VA Tai Chi programs that also use different forms, but I'm not very familiar with them.
