This video shows you an excellent and easy way to start you warm up for your Tai Chi exercises by stretching your joints and gradually loosening up. The exercises are shown in the standing, seated, and by using chairs to help those who are disabled or have health issues. I love the way the exercises are being shown, as if you are looking into a mirror. It holds down the confusion for those of us who have problems knowing the right from the left.

AWESOME!!! thank you for cues through the warm up exercises. this video is easy to follow. I like how you have the seated and supported standing modifications. hope you do a video for basic 6 and cool down.
