Interesting place at 10:30. Try to stay indoors after dark in most places in sun valley. The areas near Burbank and north Hollywood are nice the rest not to sure. Enjoy the video

Sun Valley actually became a safe city just like Burbank itself or even Glendale. It’s not what it used to be.

​@@DriveWithme😵‍💫​you're so uninformed. What about everything west of San Fernando Rd? All of the residential streets that neighbor Pacoima, Arleta, Panorama City, North Hollywood, and Burbank? Do yourself a favor, go to Google Maps and type "Sun Valley" in the search bar. Then switch your map to "satellite" view. You'll see that the majority of Sun Valley is largely residential and that you're just choosing to focus on the industrial areas. Also, stop referring to Sun Valley as a "city". It's not a city; it's a neighborhood (or community) within the City of Los Angeles. Burbank is a city. San Fernando is a city. Sun Valley...NOT a city. You're really bad at this. Maybe try something else.
