The in-fighting was a side issue. If these people on this video are seriously suggesting that's why people voted the Tories out, I am worried about political analysis in the media in this country (as if I wasn't already). People hated taxpayers money being transferred to the rich, sewage in the rivers and seas, the NHS with dangerously long waiting lists, partygate, Truss wiping millions of pounds off of pension funds and increasing mortgage payments for millions, arrogance, dog-whistle politics, cost of living and fall in wages, privatised energy, water and rail companies being absolutely useless with no accountability and weak regulation. All THAT, amongst other things, is why the Tories were hammered

No wonder there is a feeling of relief. That there are indications of things actually beginning to happen - an air of competence... Well - that is unsettling. In a nice way. Will it continue? The sad part is all Sunak had to do was pull us from the ECHR and get the Rwanda flights going, that would've been enough to keep the Tories in. But the unelected Sunak just played at being PM and never made any effort, he talked a good game but was short on action and that was his downfall.

Hardly strong first week, have you any idea how many foreign nationals have illegally entered the UK since Starmer took office. Now consider how many convicted prisoners will be released early. The good news is that there are more good people than bad. The bad news is that those good people are compassionate, forgiving and become easy prey for the bad people!
