If you forget to read bismillah in the beginning you may recite this in the middle of eating: Bismillaah awwalahu wa aakhirahu . ( In the name of Allah at the beginning and the end). And at the end recite: alhamduillah and Alhamdulillah il-lathi at'amana wasaqana waja'alana Muslimeen. (Praise be to Allah Who has fed us and given us drink, and made us Muslims.)

He is saying" where an individual compromises or leaves the beautiful sunnah of the Prophet SAW to eat from right hand, and starts eating from the left".. Means he leaves eating from right and starts eating from left to follow the modern dining ettiquetes.
