Please remember that I said "extremely niche" and "works on very few select bosses" at 12:27 to denote that you should not be using this tech often. Theoretically, it makes sense due to how it concentrates the lava balls, but please don't go and throw grenades at the ceiling in an LFG, at least unless you've tested it on the boss and know it works well. It was meant to be a fun example of what could be possible with this build.

A little surprised you advise against using this tech in LFGs. I find it particularly useful there because we ALL can't use wither hoard and starfire. It's especially fun when the LFGs lose their mind about "where is this lava rain coming from?!" A blast to use against shuro chi. Not sure if I might be misunderstanding you here though. Your videos are wonderful. Edit to clarify: just wondering if there's a reason I'm missing you think this probably shouldn't be used with LFGs, inconsistencies or challenges in pulling it off? Or is there something about it that might be frustrating for others to work around?

I am wondering how getting restorationx2 might be affected by the changes to the mods. Will the grenade kills granting cure or the other one that grants restoration interfere with the x2 proc? That’s my only worry. That it will cancel the x2 and turn it into a x1. So excited to play with all this in LightFall!

@@richardshueydc1529 some TWAB ago they said that the strongest healing effect takes priority over all the others that you have applied so, probably: if you have restoX2 and you get a firesprite to get restoX1 you will still have X2 If you get a grenade kill you will get cure and it will work because it's a one-and-done healing, not over time

After using this build pretty consistently since you dropped this 2.0 video, I would like to add a gun that pairs nicely especially since it's lightfall buff. Obviously this build shines because of flexibility in weapons for various content, but when it's an option Prometheus Lens can add a significant amount of flexibility. Example 1: you snapped at red bars, but failed to ignite one. Throwing a grenade would kill it from the explosion, failing to proc sunbracers. Shooting a nearby enemy causes the incandescent explosion, igniting the original target and keeping the engine running. A good use, but can be achieved with about any incandescent weapon (see retraced path). Example 2: you snapped at an orange bar, failed to ignite. You did not manage to save an extra grenade, so you are out of abilities. Shoot the orange bar directly with prometheus until it applies scorch and you get your ignition and sunbracers to proc. While not necessary to the build, in a situation where prometheus can be slotted in, the build has that many more options to keep the engine running (and flying through the sky firing a laser beam in addition to never ending grenades is tons of fun)

Prometheus Lens with catalyst is an extremely powerful pairing with this in Lightfall, as all kills count as kills on scorched enemies, thus proccing ember of searing.

As a Sunbracers main since they were called Sunbreakers I must thank you for converting more people to the cult. I typically run an elemental well build with grenade and explosive kill generation. Couple that with Bountiful and 2 other mods of your choice you can effectively become an ability energy printer for your allies. I'll usually run healing wells to offer more survivability when not running PD or other thins that grant resto. Sometimes I just want the fun to never end so I'll double up on either grenade (more grenade wells) or explosive (potentially more wells from ignitions) generation and then add the mod for getting more grenade energy back from solar wells. Basically allows you bootleg the effects of Sunbracers if your melee happens to fail.

try using bountiful wells with both elemental ordinance and melee wellmaker! 4 wells per combo so gets your dive back super quickly plus heavy handed and elemental charge if you really want to guarantee you'll never lose your melee

Its interesting that you don’t talk about heavy handed and elemental charge in this video, when it was a prominent feature in the previous build video? Are you finding that you get the same recharge rates for your incinerator snaps with but only one momentum transfer and an ashes to assets mod. the ashes to assets mods has diminishing returns when u stack it, for red bars the difference between 1 and 2 a2a mods is like 2.3% to 2.7% energy, so only having one ashes to assets barely impacts the build

Some advice when learning to well skating I recommend binding heavy jump and super to 4, 5, 6 So that way I can switch to a sword with eager edge then roll my fingers to across 4,5,6 quickly. That's just what I do everyone's going to have a way their comfortable with.

vidoc came out today if you slow down the vid we can see sections where they show the mods and it seems like they will make it all based on orbs of power similar to taking charge with charged with light. the new system based on stacks is called armor charge? and depending on the mods it can boost your stats and some mods increase elemental dmg and give other functions by using a new mechanic: decaying stacks (some mods will enable this decay function on the stacks and it says it in the mod description. So no matter if you use or not the mod's functionality, the stacks will go away over time) (sorry for my bad English) all this to say that it will be interesting to see how it works on the armor side (cuz we already know how the subclasses will have reworked and new fragments to have functions similar to stasis shards but with added benefits). So it seems like we will have 2 sides to build subclass function and armor utility.

On well skating, the timing is forgiving when pressing jump then super however it must be jump then super, if you super then jump it will activate your super and you will not fly forward.
