I know single family will definitely be very high 3s-low 400s as a start, I would imagine the townhomes would be slightly less but we’ll have to see

I live in Saint Cloud and I like it the way it is, we don’t need more people here. Also, from what I’ve heard Mormons sold that area with a stipulation that the homes are built completely with wood.
