Tom honestly have been loving the vlogs the last couple weeks especially, I really feel like they’re back to the old vlogs. You should set up a bunch of different sized balloons in your garden and pop them with arrows! Make it into a game by adding a points system(write on each balloon the amount of points popping that balloon would get you) and a cash prize at the end. Each person has a set amount of arrows and anyone who participates has to chip in £5-£10 and the person with the most points wins all the money at the end. just a thought:)

Tom, before you hurt yourself or someone else please take note: the flat spot on the left hand side of the "riser" (the handle section) is called the "shelf" this is where the arrow should rest if you do not have an elevated arrow rest installed. The bow you purchased is intended to be used with an elevated rest (bows intended to be shot "off the shelf" usually have a rounded shape not a flat one) but if you're not particular with your accuracy or the longevity of the arrow fletching (the feathers/plastic tails depending) you could use the shelf. The spot you referred to as "missing the arrow holder thingy" was in fact the bushings for a sight not a rest. Fyi if your arrows have feather fletching they will work better than plastic "vanes" when shooting "off the shelf" as the feathers will glide off the shelf better than the vanes. Lastly when shooting your arrows, if the shafts are carbon fiber or carbon reinforced anything please make sure there are no scratches or dings deeper than a scuff before shooting the arrow as this could lead to rapid arrow disintegration and if you'd like to know what happens after that just google search "Carbon arrow hand" but warning it's a very NSFW (hell it's not safe for life in general) outcome.
