People always add your turkey 🦃 juice to your dressing first and then add a little chicken broth if you don’t have enough turkey or chicken juice, chicken broth does Not have that good flavor like that turkey juice does, when you take your turkeys or chicken out of the oven drain all the juice out of the pan and that’s what you add to your dressing for only use chicken broth if your turkey doesn’t produce enough juice 🥰🤗

Absolutely LOVED this pre-thanksgiving video!! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication on getting these videos out!! I'm so sorry about your hands. I'm a crafter (not of food, but of many of other things--handmade bows are my specialty), but I struggle a lot with my hands as well. Especially when I'm getting ready for crafting shows or have huge orders, there's no time to stop. I unfortunately have the onset of arthritis in my hands, knees and ankles, so I understand somewhat. I use compression gloves and have braces that I wrap very tight on my hands to help with the pain. Also, I soak them in Epsom salt! Again, thank you so much & I hope & pray you and your family have a blessed holiday!!

You can use a cutting board for the yams - cut a piece off the middle, it makes it stable. Or split them down lengthwise, and then cut them. They will be 1/2 moon shaped. For prep -I start days out (menu/shop/etc). I start cooking on Sun (cranberry sauce, pies, cornbread, gizzards/livers/sausages), I prep onions/peppers/celery on Sat. Stuffing/mac/potatoes, etc. are pre-done but not baked until Thurs around 1pm. I only make turkey wings, lamb, chicken, fish - NO TURKEY. I get dressed when the sides are baking - around 1 pm, to be fresh n clean, LOL. LOVE your tutorial/suggestions!
