depends.. S1 for up-time ult consistency & skill point positivity.. E1 for bigger damage both dps & their summons

For me is S1 first, it offer a guaranted 3 turn ult which make his ult effect uptime(so he always gonna get those sp cashback), e1 is just damage though it is masive but demage You can find anywhere else like for example in this video she use e1 robin
