By the way after you said maysama mask is even better than panel, i decided to order it 😍 so excited to get it Thank you again for all your recommendations, my skin is glowwwwin

I didn’t say the mask is better than the panel. I said the mask is better for those who are sensitive to flashing lights. However, I’m seeing great results with them. The pulsed light on the panel is visible to the eyes, and requires goggles, but you can still see the lights flashing. Some are really sensitive to flashing lights. The pulsed light on the masks is naked to the visible eye, and is best for those who are very sensitive to light, and flashing lights. There is a protocol to follow in the manual to ease yourself into the pulsed light function I suggest following it to see your best results. I love all three devices, and definitely think they’re worth it. I see more of a difference in my skin with the pulsed light. The serum has definitely improved the results. I think you will love your mask. I sure do, and think it’s the best one I used so far. ❤️

Aloha gorgeous, I’ve missed you so much! I am so happy to hear you’re feeling better. I’m in a good place now. Back with my old company, and I’m loving it. Training for new position has been a bit stressful, but also rewarding at the same time. I really love my co-workers, and the Doc that was terrorizing me has been on her best behavior. I am starting to feel balanced again, thank goodness with all this crazy energy going on. ☺️ whenever you feel up to it, give me a call. I would love to catch up with you. Love ya past the moon. XOXO

I loved this, Beautiful Jenn! Thank you so much. One idea for the xo8 mask would be pour all serum into your Lamieux Oxygenator- learned this from you!…. If you have a sheet mask that is good quality- but you are not crazy about the results- you could squeeze all the serum out-then spray the lamieux xo8 all over your skin before applying the sheet mask. I know you will likely miss out on the gold, but it is just so much more comfortable. Lying down is okay with the xo8 mask-as you said. But the mask is so thick and bulky. Love you!

Aloha Gorgeous, Thank you so much for watching! Yes, I do put the serum in the Le Mieux O2 in the infuser, and mist over clients while I’m treating them with the mask and MC. I never thought about applying it over another sheet mask, great Idea. 🙌 You could also soak gauze in the serum, and use it that way too. I don’t mind the XO8 masks when lying down. But when sitting up, since they’re heavy they just slip and slide. I wish they would adhere to the skin more, like the Vital Restore masks do. Have you tried using the Restorative Serum under your Microcurrent gel? It works beautifully too. You get some really good conduction with it. I will try it tonight for MC and film it. I wish I could have taken advantage of that Blue Onyx from Tama. So happy you were able to pick it up. Wishing you a beautiful and blessed day my Soul Sister. Love ya past the moon. XOXO

Aloha gorgeous, Thank you so much!! Yes, try the Adipeau Strong Body gel on your upper lids. It works really well! I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner. 🤷♀️ Keep me posted on how you like it. Love ya!

I turn the mask 90 degrees so the clip side is under my chin. I really noticed how good my chest looks. The quality of skin on my neck is also very good, my dr who does bbl to me also noticed this. I also use it on my scalp 😊

When I use a sheet mask with current I clip the wires in my hair with clips which seems to help keeping it from slipping down.

Aloha Friend, Thank you for watching and the awesome tip! I normally don’t have this issue with other masks. The XO8 Restorative mask is heavy, and very slippery and if you’re not laying down, it will just slide. I will try it with the mask holder and clips next time. Thank you again, and have a beautiful day. XOXO

A subscriber to my channel told me about this video and it's really interesting to hear your perspective on what's going on with microneedling at home. I just posted a video on this because there's more to the story on it all. I've been in contact with numerous manufacturers and a big part of what is going on is directly related to the main/oldest/largest manufacturer of Dr. Pens (Ekai), as they filed paperwork with the FDA seeking approval for marketing microneedling devices in the U.S. on a prescription only basis, for adults over 22, for the treatment of acne scars (and they were approved last year). As a result, the FDA is now doing a post market review and companies were told to stop selling. Temu is still hanging on though. I have full details of this on my website. In this video, I see you're using a Deminuage nano needling pen and I saw that you posted about it years back too (I did as well). Are you an affiliate for them? Thank you for this video and I'm subscribing now!

Aloha LifeDIY, Thank you so much for clearing this up. There’s so many rumors going around about Medical Microneedling and the FDA. Have you heard anything about at home peels? I heard that the FDA is starting to crack down on them as well. They will soon require a medical license to purchase certain strengths. I think this is such a shame. Thank you again for clearing up the confusion. I’m heading over to your channel now, and will subscribe. Wishing you a wonderful day. XOXO

@@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog Thanks so much for the quick reply, Jenn! I haven't heard about it yet, but THANK YOU for mentioning this about the peels. I will look into this more. I have had such incredible results from simple, basic at-home peels and I cannot imagine that being restricted too. It's sad too because even if you try to stock up on chemical peels, they tend to expire and become less effective. Thank you for spreading the word about all of this! You have a lot of knowledge on it. I just rewatched a bit and you mentioned also the New Mexico incidents. That is so horrendous and it may play a part in the restrictions too. I think the FDA has a history of siding with drug companies and has a preference for things being sold as pharmaceutical treatments. The FDA is currently trying to ban a super safe supplement called NMN. It's been many years in the making and it's because a company wants to make it a prescription drug. I hope you have a beautiful day too! I hope we can continue to keep people posted on all of these things.
@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog3 ай бұрын
I agree 100% with everything you mentioned. Yes, stocking up on Chemical Peels wouldn’t be ideal. I noticed Amazon has limited inventory now of a few professional strength peels. I did hear about the NMN supplement as well. It’s all just really sad. I’m sorry I missed your question about the Demiurge Nanochanneling pen. They did send it to me about 5 years ago for review. I’m not an affiliate, and purchase all my cartridges from Amazon. I love it! They use to have a bigger Amazon store, but now it’s limited. They don’t seem to be doing well these days. I may stock up on their cartridges, just in case they go out of business. BTW, love your channel!! 💗

@@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog Thanks for sharing that about Amazon's peels. That's definitely concerning. I know people need to be really careful when doing DIY treatments, but I still want to have the option to do it myself. I wonder if they're going to just restrict certain strengths, or if they'll take the pH into consideration too. I am so glad someone mentioned your channel to me because i love your content too! And, it's amazing that you're an esthetician! I'd like to get training in that as well, but there are no schools near where I live. Thanks for following up on the Deminuage question! I'd love to get more cartridges too. I wish they were a bit cheaper. I really love the results I get from that pen. I also did several videos on their products years ago. I am an affiliate for them and they owe me some money. So I was just curious if you were also an affiliate or if you were in touch with them. No one will reply to me, which is really weird. So, I also thought they might be going out of business. But, they are still selling the pens and cartridges. Anyway, I hope you have a beautiful day today! I am excited to check out more of your videos.

Hi Jenn. I know a lot of the unnecessary bureaucracy and restrictions for estheticians is annoying. A lot of these treatments are things people can do at home let alone a licensed esthetic professional. However, I'm still seeing Dr. Pens for sale on the Dr. Pen website, pens with depths of up to 2.5mm on Amazon, Dr. Pen cartridges on Amazon, and peels available on Platinum Skincare and Dermalure (Less on Amazon though, with the exception of a Jessner peel). I hope well-informed people at home still have access to these products. They are changing the laws where I live too, where estheticians can no longer microneedle and possibly no longer do peels soon.
@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog3 ай бұрын
Aloha Friend, I completely agree! Are you in the US? The sales have only been restricted in the US for now for medical microneedling tools. The only place you can purchase if you live in the US is Temu for now. If you’re in the US, Dr. Pen’s website still comes up, but you cannot purchase. They have halted all sales in the US for home use, you have to be a licensed medical professional in order to purchase. Amazon has also pulled all medical microneedling tools .50+ from their site in the US. For the time being peels are still available, but soon professional peels will be pulled as well. We can thank people who film content, and not following instructions and causing harm to the skin for this. They’re ruining it for everyone. It’s really sad, because the FDA has been flagged by professionals, and slowly we will see things be taken away for home use. 🥲

What is the name of that silicone mask you have? I like it because it goes under your chin!
@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog3 ай бұрын
Aloha Val, I really love this one because of that chin strap. It works really well with my other sheets masks. The XO8 sheet masks are a gel, and they just slip and slide off if you’re not lying down even with a cover like I’m wearing. Here is the link to the cover, I purchased it off of Amazon. What is the name of the micro channeling device that you used and where do you buy it?
@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog3 ай бұрын
Hi Stacey, The Microchanneling pen is Deminuage. I’m not so sure if I would recommend it going forward, as it looks like their business maybe be shutting down. I did mention this in the video. They use to sell the pen on Amazon, but now they’re only selling the replacement cartridges. Here is the link to the pen I have, which is for sale on their website. deminuage.com/collections/all/products/bd-dm-k702-k706 I do love this pen and all the choices you have for the chips, but I don’t know how stable the company is.

I haven’t used the TMP for a few years now. I never saw that it did much for my skin after 30 days. Definitely not worth the price. I lent it to a friend, and just received it back. I still have no desire to pick it up.

Do you really see a benefit from the pulse light?
@Kittyheavenwith21cats3 ай бұрын
Compared to just the regular red light I mean?
@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog3 ай бұрын
Yes I do. I absolutely love it! If you’re sensitive to flashing lights, I wouldn’t recommend the Panel, I would recommend the masks instead. With the masks the Pulsed light is not visible to the naked eye, where the panel it’s visible, and if you’re sensitive to light or flashing lights, you will not like the panel. When you pick up the panel or the masks, there are instructions on how to ease into the pulsed light function. I would suggest following the protocol, don’t just jump into the pulsed light function.

I think needles up to 0.5 mm are absolutely safe. We never can protect fools from harming themselves. Let's forbid all kinds of needles and knifes 😂

I agree!! With certain platforms creators are doing crazy things to their skin with microneedling, chemical peels, and other tools. They’re causing extreme damage to their skin, and leading their followers to do the same. Which is leading to these things being banned for home use. Very sad.
