Yes, vitamin D is very important. I have a lot to share about vitamin D because finally now when I hit my 50s I have developed lots of complications for the lack of vitamin D. Since my early 40s I was diagnosed with very low vitamin D but I never took it seriously. Vitamin D is produced by our skin in the presence of UV rays of sun. More melanin we have, lesser vitamin D our skin makes. So nowadays with limited exposure to sunlight, wearing fully covered clothes, our tanned(whether we are fair or dusky) indian skin and loads of sunscreen on our skin we hardly make any vitamin D. Long term D deficiency causes high hyper parathyroidism. It leads to osteoporosis on one hand but calcium toxicity in blood on the other hand. That leads to hear flutter(irregular heartbeat). High chloride in blood is another problem that happens. High chloride in turn can cause kidney problems. Suddenly you feel like you are sore with pain all over your body. Lack of D also cause alopecia in women. So please take it seriously Your videos are beautiful, fun to watch and very informative as well. In one video you informed about the booster vaccine doses we should take when we reach our 50s that was also a real eye opener.

জানিনা দেবিনা মানুষের কি এতো সমস্যা তোমাদের parenting নিয়ে বা তোমার বাচ্চা দের নিয়ে ওরা খেলার ছলে যা করে তা নিয়ে দেখি মানুষের বড়ো সমস্যা কেন এইভাবে বাচ্চা কে মানুষ করছ না এই শেখাও সেই শেখাও মানুষ দেখি দুটো বাচ্চা কে নিয়ে সমানে বলতে থাকে, ওরা ছোট তাই এই গুলো করছে বড়ো হলে সব পরিবর্তন হয়ে যাবে, আর দুই বোনই সব সময় best friend হয়। তাই তোমাকে একটাই advice দিতে পারি । মানুষের কথায় বেশি চিন্তিত কখনই হবে না। আর তোমরা বাচ্চা দের উপর ও কখনো এর effect পরতে দিওনা। তুমি যদি জানো তুমি সবটা ঠিক ঠিক balance করে চলতে পারছ তাহলেই সব ঠিক। যারা বলে উল্টো পাল্টা কথা তারা হয়তো বোঝে না আজকাল জোর করে বাচ্চা দের কিছু ই শেখানো যায় না বাচ্চা রা আরও বেশি জেদি হয়ে যায়। আজকাল সব বাচ্চা দের অনেক বেশি passions এর সাথে মানুষ করতে হয়।
