I pray Josh is singing and sharing his voice and talent everywhere he can. You don't always find a natural tenor that lends itself so wonderfully to songs of the church. That draws us to the words and the meaning of the song and not voice production. What a wonderful surprise for our family. To God be the Glory!

Oh Natalie, you have no idea what joy your playing brings to this 85 year old heart. Grew up with great music in my church and family, but it is gone from our church now. Only guitar players that need to take lessons. Preaching is great but now I listen and pray for you each Sunday night.

Your piano teacher must be so proud of you! Never could she have imagined how many lives you would impact with what she labored to teach you for years! well done - she is a good & faithful servant (and so are you all)! If she is still able, it would be wonderful to have her on an evening with you and play together, or have her in a chair nearby! And you need to publish your own hymnal, that combines the best of each!

Mike I cannot agree more. I grew up in the COG and so miss the music we had as it reiterated what was taught in Sunday school and preaching service. Now we have maybe one hymn but it’s not the same as it’s played with full band.

This makes me sad by reading this. Modern church music is great just like theses hymns are I love both. For you that grew up in a church that played only hymns this is great. But for someone that grew up in a church that worships with modern music its great to them. Maybe we should just praise him with no matter what the music.
