How wonderfully joyous to hear the message of each hymn as you go from Grand to graceful, depending on the lyrics of each verse. No matter how loud or soft they may be, they're beautiful all the way through!! Oh, how we need His Spirit's Love Divine, all love excelling, to keep us in the hollow of His hand. Thanks again, Natalie and Josh.🙏🎹🎶

Natalie, I am so thankful that the Lord had your videos show up in my suggested video list. I love watching Scott Bradlee do his piano requests each night (not Christian but he plays some awesome music). IF you don't know him, take a look. Anyway, I have been using your Sunday Hymns videos at night before I go to bed as a way to calm down, focus on God and think about the times when my Granddaddy used to lead music at our little country church. He had quartet of a gentleman and a couple of ladies in the church and from time to time they would sing a song and then do it singing the shape notes. Of course we used the redback book back then. Thank you for sharing your talents with the masses.

Hello from the West Coast of Ireland. Your music is such a blessing to me and my wife. It’s God inspired playing with such skill and inspiration. Could I request Dear Saviour Thou art Mine. Written by Anna Hudson who had a very personal faith in Christ and this can be felt in the Chorus, Mine, Mine, Mine I know thou art mine It is also a great congestion’s hymn to sing especially through the chorus Mine, Mine, Mine, it transports us right into the presence of our Saviour. Greetings from Sligo, Ireland. Dougie Colvin

@@tomparsons6177 I see Richard McVeigh’s KZbin Channel is called “BEAUTY IN SOUND”. Thank you for mentioning it ; my 95 y.o. mother will love it ... as well as Natalie’s . Mom is still very active with her piano playing at her retirement village. Music is one of God’s most precious gifts, a language we can all share - after the tower of Babel, wasn’t it so sweet of Papa God to leave us yet a Universal language! My dad and I look forward to the next video a great deal. Could you record with a little bit more volume on the piano? Usually your voice comes across a bit soft to me also. And my dad has hearing difficulties, so for him it can be hard to hear you unless I run a cable to an amp from his tablet. Since mom died, he goes to bed listening to your piano every night. Thank you for sharing your gift!
@ruthcanterbury77384 жыл бұрын
Does your Dad wear hearing aids? There is a device you can get that you wear around your neck that you can adjust them volume so that he can hear the TV even when it is on "mute" (for something you don't particularly want to hear).

God So Loved the World is from Stainer's Crucifixion - I am not sure that arpeggios are quite the right style for this hymn. Maybe a bit of accentuation on PErish. This is one of my all time favorite recordings. kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5e4pXSDnM2BjNU Peterborough Cathedral go to 28:03. Also The Crucifixion has other hymns. "Cross of Jesus" comes at 19:00 and would be an interesting to work up - but the genre of both is very much in the cathedral, as opposed to gospel style. Actually, Fling Wide The Gates at the beginning might make the basis for a composition for congregation, with more of a gospel vibe. You can read all about Stainer's Crucifixion and see the different parts - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Crucifixion_(Stainer).
