We are not 100% sure if there is an official time but we visited as early as 7:00 am and had our breakfast there.

@@DINS the local people said, it starts around 5am. I got there around 1200, there were no more food stalls. Some said, don’t come after 9 am because food will be sold out by then. Thanks for the response.

@@simplyfilipino6408 We think 5 is too early., of course it depends what you are looking for. WE know, that some of the pop-up shops, where you get some special delicacies start putting up their booth around 5, but are not ready to serve before past 6. We never had a issue with getting food there at 9 or even 10. If a stall is really sold out, there are 20 more which are not. Our usual time to go there is between 7 and 8, when the lines are not that long.
