Hi Pam, haven’t been online much. It’s been crazy! My mom is in hospice, I thinking she’ll exit in days. My husband has been in and out of the hospital since September and is wearing a life vest/ defibrillator 24/7. I’m being smear campaigned by a relative and no one’s communicating with me as a result. I am definitely putting myself first. Actually I was so attentive to my mother much of my life so her passing ( at 90 years) will truly be a marker of liberation for me. As far as the family, the narcissist is doing me a great favor by clearing my decks of what I don’t need making some space for some brilliant energies insofar that I am handling everything that is chaotic in my life so gracefully. I feel truly blessed as I continue to ascend and awaken.

When i was swimming the other day, I had the thought that if everything is energy, and we are, and I can feel others' energy and emotion, I do, than the love energy we put out into the world is infinite.
